Almond & Sesame Crumbed Fish

Almond & Sesame Crumbed Fish

Swap the battered fish for this healthy and fresh Almond & Sesame Crumbed Fish. It is easy to make, gluten free and a nutritious meal the whole family will enjoy.

Fish has been my go to meal over summer - mostly because my dad is fishing obsessed so always filling my fridge up with fresh snapper. But also because it is such a light and refreshing protein source! Compared to red meat, fish is much easier for the body to breakdown and digest.

Enjoy this crumbed fish with a big salad and a serve of kumara chips on the side for a winning meal 😊
