Overnight oats is a breakfast recipe I recommend to ALL of my clients who struggle to find the time for a good brekky in the morning. It is the perfect recipe if your mornings are a little chaotic, or you simply just enjoy an extra 20 minutes of sleep in the morning!
You prepare the oats the night before, leave it in the fridge overnight and in the morning it is all ready to eat. It is great if you prefer to eat your breakfast at work. Pop the jar in your lunch box (with a spoon!) and eat it at your desk when you arrive at work.
Plus this chocolate overnight oat recipe is DELICIOUS! It is definitely one of my fave breakfast recipes from the 12 Week Mind & Body Transformation ebook 😊
