Roast Chickpeas 4 Ways

Roast Chickpeas 4 ways

These roast chickpeas are a super tasty snack plus they are high in protein making them a pretty healthy snack too! They are great to eat on their own as a snack, or added to salads for extra flavour and protein boost.

They are best eaten on the same day you cook them. I put the leftover chickpeas I put in a container and ate them the next day. They were still tasty but were chewy and had lost their crunch.

My advice, if were only going to make only 1 flavour then I would go for the garlic and herb, they were the tastiest! πŸ˜Š
