This recipe for Blueberry Overnight Oats is one of the easiest breakfasts you can make! I always recommend my clients who struggle to find the time for a good brekky in the morning to have a go at overnight oats. They are great because you prepare it the night before and in the morning it is all ready to just eat! 😁

Blueberry Overnight Oats
1/2 cup oats
1 cup un-sweetened almond milk (or any sort of milk)
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 scoop vanilla all natural protein powder (optional)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
4 walnuts, crushed
In a jar or bowl add all ingredients and mix well.
Cover and place in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.
