I have to admit, wraps are great for whipping up an easy healthy meal at any time. You can glad-wrap them and take them to work or use them as pizza bases for homemade healthy pizzas. However about 90% of the wraps that I have seen in the supermarket are filled with rubbish ingredients, vegetable oils, preservatives and so many food chemicals.
The recipe below is for homemade healthy wraps that are not filled with food chemicals, tasty and so easy to make. I use buckwheat flour as the base but I think you could almost use any flour and this recipe should work.
