Personal Nutrition Coaching - Initial Consultation


Initial consultations are the starting point for personal nutrition coaching.

During an initial consultation, I will:

  • Identify your health goals.

  • Assess your current lifestyle and eating habits to establish your food preferences and routines.

  • Explore your personal relationship with food and yourself.

  • Discover what your barriers and challenges are when it comes to your food and nutrition.

From this session, I will compile an action plan tailored to your personal needs and what you need to work on in order to achieve your goal.

This will include an example of how you should be setting out your meals, food ideas and recipes relevant to you, educational material on various health topics that are relevant to you.

You will also receive a food diary to start filling out which you will email to me 2 weeks prior to your consultation.

  • Specialty diets - e.g. gluten-free, dairy-free, low FODMAP, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, intermittent fasting, elimination diets

  • Digestive issues and gut health

  • Low energy

  • Sugar cravings, insulin resistance and blood sugar imbalances

  • Emotional eating & food habits

  • Family nutrition

  • Exercise and nutrition

  • Nutrition for pregnancy

  • Weight management, fat loss, weight gain or muscle gain

  • Hormonal balance for females

  • Guided supermarket shops

  • In-home cooking
