Banana, Peanut Butter and Oat Cookies

Banana, Peanut Butter and Oat Cookies

Banana, Peanut Butter (the best combo!) and Oat cookies that are BEYOND tasty, and healthy enough to eat for breakfast every day! They are super easy to make, and use only a few staple ingredients. I also love that they contain no added sweeteners and sweetened only using banana 😊

Sultana & Walnut Bread

Sultana & Walnut Bread

For a lot of people who cut out refined and processed foods, the number one food they miss is often bread...it is for me anyways! This bread is refined sugar free, made with all natural ingredients, paleo and doesn't contain any gluten or dairy. It is also high in healthy fats and protein, so one slice of this bad boy will keep you feeling full and satisfied for longer than your average bread.

Chocolate Hot Cross Muffins

Chocolate Hot Cross Muffins

With Easter just around the corner, it's time to write your shopping list and stock up on festive ingredients to make some yummy Easter treats. These Chocolate Hot Cross Muffins are the perfect treat to serve to your family and friends this long weekend. These tasty little muffins contain all the traditional flavours, without the sugar, gluten and dairy that store bought buns contain. Plus the chocolate icing I used to make the crosses tastes AMAZING! Sort of like a chocolate ganache mousse 🤤.

Christmas Ginger Cookies

Christmas Ginger Cookies

I feel like Christmas is well and truly upon us (even though we are still in November!). All the shops have their decorations up, Christmas recipes are filling the internet and I am starting to stress about Christmas shopping! I made these ginger cookies last Christmas and popped them into glass jars with red ribbon around the top and gave them to my family. I thought it was such a cute idea and biscuits stayed nice and crunchy for over a week - that was without the icing though.
