Satisfy your sweet tooth with this Banana & Chocolate Souffle. It is super easy to make, contains no flour and no added sugars - sweetened only with banana!
NOTE - This souffle is not very sweet so if you are new to healthy treats then you may want to add a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup to the batter.
Banana and Chocolate Souffle
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 medium ripe bananas
2 Tbsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of sea salt
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
In a blender or food processor blend all ingredients until smooth.
Grease the sides of ramekins with coconut oil to prevent sticking and pour in the batter.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cake is firm.
