This Savoury Nut & Seed mix is a great way to add extra flavour and texture to your meals….I add them to salads, sprinkle them over a veggie bake and also add them to my meals as a good source of healthy fats and protein.
They are also the perfect snack to have between meals! Fill up a little container and take to work or keep it in your handbag for when you are on the go. Plus they are are super tasty and very addictive! 😋
Savoury Nuts & Seeds
1 cup of pumpkin seeds
1 cup of sunflower seeds
1/2 cup of sesame seeds
3/4 cup almonds, chopped
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1 Tbsp finely chopped rosemary or rosemary powder
1 Tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp of salt
1 Tbsp of tamari sauce
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Place the nuts and seeds on the tray.
Sprinkle with the salt, rosemary and tamari sauce and mix.
Place the tray in the oven and roast for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
It is important to stir the seeds ever 5 minutes to prevent them from
