Full Body Workout #1 - Legs & Chest

Not only am I passionate about nutrition and healthy eating, I also love to exercise! This is the first workout on my blog so I hope you guys enjoy it and let me know if you try it out!

Always warm up first before doing any sort of workout like this and remember technique is always a priority over how fast you complete it or how heavy you go with weights (if you add weights). If you are unsure about your technique then I would highly recommend you book a couple of sessions with a qualified and experienced personal trainer where they can help you out. 


Full Body Workout #1 - Legs & Chest

Complete 3-4 rounds:

  • 10 x back lunges (R + L)
  • 10 x sprinters lunge or jump lunge (R + L)
  • 10 x push ups 
  • 10 x squats with 3 sec pulse
  • 10 x sit ups
  • 30 sec plank
