I believe in helping people create a sustainable healthy lifestyle one step at a time. My process may take longer than other diets and programs out there but after years of working 1-on-1 with clients I saw a common theme. They try too much, too fast and ultimately their old habits return after failing to sustain such a high expectation. I understand how difficult it is to resist temptation, start something new and change old habits. That’s why I aim to teach new habits, recipes and exercises at a steady pace. I want to empower you to succeed and give you the easiest tools available to make it feel effortless.
I believe we have one life so we have to live it to its fullest!
It’s my mission to make living a healthy lifestyle a fun and enjoyable experience that is rewarding and exciting. It SHOULD NOT BE boring, difficult and feel like a chore.
Born and bred in New Zealand where I completed a BSc majoring in Human Nutrition and Sport Exercise Science at Massey University in Auckland. I am a qualified nutritionist and personal trainer with 5 years nutrition consulting and personal training under my wing.
Prior to completing my degree, I struggled with bloating, stomach upsets and other digestive issues. This is when my interest in nutrition and health begun. I have followed a strict gluten free diet for 6 years now. I limit my dairy intake (could never fully give up feta cheese in a salad or Greek yoghurt with homemade muesli). I eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, choose organic where I can, avoid processed sugar and food that comes in a packet.
